It is through my involvement, spanning more than 2 decades, in Martial Arts, Strength Training, and Yoga that allows me to draw from a vast array of teaching scenarios and experiences to tailor a program to fit your vision of a healthier you.
Our private facility allows us to focus one on one with you. I am also available for private instruction at your home.
I am genuinely concerned with promoting and improving your health, strength, coordination, and flexibility. I will listen to you, and integrate our expertise into your life!!
